Which coffee machine to buy?

Well my wife decides to buy me a coffee machine for birthday !
Yes , this month will be my birthday. And i have to do some homework about coffee machines and the prices that are popular in this market.
For now , I cam tell that a coffee dispenser I know where to get, but need some practice in choosing the right machine for a reasonable price.
